I repaired three shoes my first time visit. Pair one forget to took a photo before they repaired it. The color was lighter away but they repaired it as I first time buy it in the window. The perfect color skills to repair it. Pair two has a leak in it. They did fantastic repair for this pair which I already wear for 15 years. They event offer another plan to fix the bottom so it could easily last for another 15 years. Last pair they fixed it with perfectly. Sorry forget to uploaded the last two pair after they fix it. Thank you for the fantastic work. This will be the place I will continually come every time when I try to fix my shoes. They also offer same day service

Had to get a zipper on my luggage fixed six hours before a flight. They were wonderful and got it done so quickly. Zipper works perfectly now. Thanks again.

Super! The cobbler near me closed down so I’m looking for a new place. I brought in a belt for a minor repair. He fixed it on the spot in under 5 minutes. It’s a busy place; they had 3 other customers come in while I was there. Friendly, helpful service. My belt looks great. I will be back!

Really wonderful neighborhood resource for a dying craft. I didn't bring them shoes - rather a little mending of some outdoor gear. Richard, the owner, was pleasant and helpful and got the job done with excellent workmanship. We then expanded into zipper repair for my much- beloved tent. This is a job that an outdoor-gear-repair outfit - if you can find one - would charge big bucks for. I mean, those are LONG zippers! Richard had a look, determined that only the sliders needed repair. Unfortunately, he didn't have the fancy double- sided sliders needed. But he said he'd order then, pronto. Meanwhile, he crimped the sliders to provide some level of temporary repair, at no charge. I then took the tent on a 3-week motorcycling camping trip. And those zippers saw harsh conditions in wind- blown desert sands. But they worked great and the zipper separation that had been killing me was a non-issue. I've yet to return for the full repair but you betcha i will! This level of service-above-and-beyond, with a smile to boot, is kinda rare these days! So, I'm a fan! Edit: I hate to do this, really. But... to be fair, I have to follow what I wrote above with some not-so-complimentary notes. I did indeed return for the full zipper repair. And, that's when things didn't go so smoothly. I experienced what numerous others have reported in their reviews: the job dragged on. I mean, really dragged. First, the zipper pulls didn't get ordered. Or delivered, or whatever it was that caused the delay. Second, the dates that I was promised (Richard) weren't kept to. Not even close. I had to make repeated inquiries and was given several completion dates, which were not met. I kept (politely) dogging them and the relationship remained cordial. But (at least from my side)... strained. Finally delivery of the (again) excellent job was ~4 weeks after the first promise date they gave. So, bottom line: I'm somewhat less of a fan. If you're willing to be patient and persistent and courteous, then you may well find, like I did, that they do excellent work. But, they do need to improve their scheduling and keeping to their promise dates. Took off a star b/c they didn't DWYSYWD.
